The villas have an elegant design with 10 self-contained ensuite bedrooms accommodating up to 25 people comfortably with the possibility of extra beds on request.

The charming villas are nestled around 2 large outdoor swimming pools (14*4*1.5m). They are ideally located in a calm and secure area of Oberoi, the fashionable district of Seminyak, with a lot of Cafes, Shops and Restaurants in walking distance.

Located in one of the best and most popular areas of the island and less than 1 km away from the nearest beach of Seminyak, you can enjoy your holiday at your own speed. You will enjoy a large range of fashion shops, bars and fine restaurants just steps away yet without the noise of the busy street life.

Being very central, you will reach some of Bali's most popular venues in minutes: La Favela, KuDeTa, Potato Head, Cafe Bali, W Hotel, Sisterfields and Bar, Batik within minutes!

**Sharing parking space is fit to scooter only, car parking is not available at the villa**

The living/common area of this villa is semi-open, which means there is no air conditioning in this area. However, ceiling fans are available for your comfort.

*Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life.

FAQs

- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 15:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability. Please note that late check-in from 8 PM is charged IDR 200k. These charges occur for longer staff attendance reasons.


- Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
- A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.

- Q: Could I have a butler or a personal Chef to cook, so I can dine in the villa?
- A: Breakfast not included but a menu is available in the villa . Simply let your personal butler know a day in advance. Otherwise, our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Please refer to the kitchen amenities list to see what equipment is provided. We believe our kitchen will inspire the chef within you.

- Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
- A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day.
Kindly note that your villa host is reachable through What's app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times.

- Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
- A : Towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up

- Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa?
- A : This villa is for 20 people, but the maximum capacity is for 25 people which means that from the 21st person is counted as extra guests. The extra guest fee would be USD25/night/person from 2 years old.
