This charming rustic cottage, located just 5 minutes drive from the famous beach of Es Trenc, is the perfect place to experience the authentic Mallorcan summer. It is located in "Ses Colonies", an area of villas and chalets only 2 minutes drive from Colonia de Sant Jordi and the main avenue where you will find stores and restaurants.



The house has a master bedroom with a king size bed and all the amenities you could wish for, along with a second bedroom with two single beds. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower; and a living-dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen and TV. The cottage has air conditioning in all three rooms. And the most impressive thing about Buganvilla Es Trenc is its natural environment. With a lush garden full of vegetation and a refreshing private pool, as well as an outdoor shower, hammocks and garden furniture, and bbq. You will have everything you need to enjoy the outdoors and the Mallorcan sun in total privacy and comfort.



The parking is located on the street side of the house, with direct access through the garden entrance door very easily.
