Déçus

SĂ©ville est une ville magnifique, avec Ă©normĂ©ment de choses Ă  voir. En revanche, nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs déçus par l’appartement.Tout d’abord, le prix est bien trop Ă©levĂ© par rapport aux Ă©quipements proposĂ©s.La salle de bain et les toilettes sont dans la mĂȘme piĂšce, sans serrure, sans porte-serviettes, sans fenĂȘtre ni ouverture pour aĂ©rer la douche.Un seul canapĂ© pour deux personnes devant la tĂ©lĂ©vision, alors que l’appartement est louĂ© pour 5 personnes. Dans l’annonce, il est indiquĂ© "parking disponible", mais aucune place n’était prĂ©vue. Nous avons dĂ» louer un parking souterrain situĂ© Ă  1,7 km de l’appartement, pour un coĂ»t supplĂ©mentaire de 60 pour 4 jours.Le pire est arrivĂ© le dernier jour : nous avons Ă©tĂ© privĂ©s d’électricitĂ© dĂšs le dĂ©but de l’aprĂšs-midi, en pleine pĂ©riode de fortes chaleurs Ă  SĂ©ville. Sans climatisation, sans frigo et sans lumiĂšre, la nuit a Ă©tĂ© quasiment impossible Ă  supporter. Nous avons passĂ© la soirĂ©e Ă  nous dĂ©placer avec des bougies et avons dĂ» aller charger nos tĂ©lĂ©phones dans un centre commercial.Ce qui rend la situation encore plus frustrante, c’est qu’un technicien a Ă©tĂ© envoyĂ© sans nous prĂ©venir qu’il faudrait rester Ă  la maison pour lui ouvrir la porte. Il aurait pu sonner chez les voisins, mais ne l’a pas fait. Par ailleurs, nous avons appris que la panne Ă©tait due Ă  une surconsommation, alors qu’aucune limite ne nous avait Ă©tĂ© communiquĂ©e au prĂ©alable.En rĂ©sumĂ©, malgrĂ© la beautĂ© de la ville, l’expĂ©rience dans cet appartement Ă©tait decevant
