Disappointed

Deficiencies: Patio off upstairs bedroom - uncomfortable outdoor furniture, dirty & messy, dead plant, foul garbage/sewage odor. Downstairs bedroom - one wall lamp over a nightstand is dangling off the wall. Downstairs bathroom - towel bar/soap dishes attached to the wall in downstairs bathroom will soon be releasing from the wall unless tightened, water from shower overflows under the glass door onto the floor & the moldy & swollen condition at the base of the wooden door jambs indicates an ongoing issue. WATER WAS LEAKING FROM THE CEILING IN THE DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM!!! We received ineffective & inappropriate responses from the host regarding our 2 complaints about this issue, which posed a risk to our safety & caused discomfort. The best aspect of the apartment is its EXCELLENT location! If the deficiencies are belatedly addressed & properly maintained, other guests might not be similarly disappointed.

Vorsicht vor Betrug durch den Gastgeber!

Leider bleibt als Eindruck zu der Wohnung in Sevilla nur ein sehr schlechter Eindruck zurück. Auf der Homepage von FeWo-Direkt wird die Wohnung inklusive eines freien Parkplatzes angekündigt und beworben. Tatsächlich aber verlangt die Vermieterin dann bei Ankunft 20 €/Tag für den Parkplatz. Im Nachhinein kümmern sich weder die Vermieterin noch FeWo-Direkt um dieses Problem! Aus meiner Sicht ist das Betrug am Mieter! Selbst nachdem FeWo-Direkt bzw. die Dachorganisation Vrbo die ungerechtfertigt erhobene zusätzliche Parkgebühr zugegeben hat, besteht keinerlei Interesse das offensichtliche Problem zu lösen. Man bleibt völlig im Stich gelassen. Sehr enttäuschend und sehr unprofessionell!
