A very friendly staff and a really good place to stay for tourism in old Sevilla. Room was a bit basic (window into lobby) and only tea bags as option in room, no coffee -- but really, overall a good choice if you plan to be out and about all the time. Re the VIP access benefit - I don't know what that was supposed to be, I did receive a bottle of water and a chocolate which was a nice gesture. Easy access with the code to hotel and room.

Amazing location in Santa Cruz. Super close to all the attractions. It was a bit expensive for the type of accommodations provided but might have been due to Féria during our stay. Note that cars are not allowed in the area so even if you take a taxi or a bus from the train station, you need to walk 3-4 minutes on the cobble streets with the suitcases to the hotel entrance. Have to pay for the safe 2 EUR/day. No breakfast. But you can’t beat the location.

Met my expectations in the center of the city in area called SAnta Cruz , next to the Murillo Gardens which is a Jewel. Very close to the Seville Cathedral 4 min walk . Seville is magical and this Hotel made it even better, cozy , very courteous personnel will be going back next year for the fair and stay there once again.

Small, comfortable and friendly hotel in city centre and perfect for short city break. No sounds from outside but internally there is occasionally noise transfer from plumbing. No breakfast but plenty of great options in the immediate area eg Gusto.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming and the price/quality of the hotel was ideal considering the very central location of the hotel near to the Alcazar. The room and bathroom were clean and my stay was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to others wishing to be close to all attractions. It is worth noting that as the streets surrounding the hotel are pedestrian only, you will need to walk with luggage for about 5 mins to reach the hotel.

Excessively overpriced room for what it is; unacceptable broken fitted bed sheets that came off constantly; no disclosure that there’s no car access to property and one must walk 7 minutes with bags on 1,000 year old cobble streets; uncomfortable mattress that sinks, excessively narrow space between bed and wall to access closet, major water leakage from shower, rotten welcoming apple, claustrophobic ambiance, poor lighting, no window. Room floor is slanted and almost caused a fall. I welcome a price adjustment from owner as I find the price of the room incompatible with what it offers. This is price gauging due to high season.
