The property has nor front desk which presents a challenge to the guests. I explain. When you get to the suites in Segovias 2 you cannot check in. You have to walk .4 miles through cobblestone to get to the ´front desk´ at Plaza Alfaro close to Plaza Santa Cruz. No easy walk particularly if you are carrying your luggage. that said, the property is super well located, it´s well maintained and very clean. The room was spacious and everything was operational. Great bed. Nice bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. Very good good TV service. Some noise during the night. Last but not least, is that every member of the staff we had contact with was extremely courteous and went overboard to provide us with great service. Even accounting the challenges I would go back.

The location was very central , walkable to the most of the tourism areas. Stuff were very responsive and helpful. But we saw ants in our room … and my kiddo had a few bug bits around her legs , not sure if there were other hidden bugs in the room ….other than that , it was a great experience

Our first time in Seville and this hotel was perfect!! Very kind staff and close to everything. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Although we were in the city center the only thing we could hear were the bells from the Cathedral down the street.

It’s a suite, so the room is “roomy” with a separate bedroom and a separate lounge room and a kitchennete. A few minutes walking from the Cathedral and all the historical sites. Along with the restaurants and shops.

I cannot recommend this particular Suites Murillo location due to the inconveniences during our 2 night stay. The suite itself is great, and the location is quite central to popular attractions. There is no receptionist at this location which was explained in an email days prior to check in. This is not a problem if you don’t have issues. While my partner and I split to do separate activities the second day, my room card could no longer open the hotel entry. The other Suite Murillo locations are in walking distance so while inconvenient, I get the card reset and the card subsequently works. The second night we bring both room keys just in case one is faulty, and when we come back to rest for the night we find out that both cards no longer work. Rather than spend time walking this time we call reception through the dial pad and wait for a worker to bring new keys. The estimated time to wait was longer than what the receptionist said, longer to the point where I end up walking to the other location to attempt to get new cards myself (he refused, saying that his colleague was already en route). When coming back I also noticed another hotel guest’s card not work at the front door, so this may be an issue with the card reader itself. All in all while I think the Suite Murillo rooms are good, save yourself potential headaches and just stay at one of the other locations. They are super close to each other compared to the cathedral location.

The suite was immaculate and large. The free minibar was a great amenity. My only 2 comments were that it was hard to find the checkin hotel and where I was staying is not the same place. Luckily the bellboy carried my bag for me while I carried the other one as we went to the other location. The only other issue is the fact that the air conditioner blows so cold and so hard right on top of the bed that I got sick the first and only night I used it lol. Otherwise, I would absolutely stay here again.
