This property is average, a bit old some rust on the doors of the washrooms. The room they gave us is over looking a construction site. It was difficult to speak with receptionists and costumer service as they barely speaks English. Wifi is poor and not allowed to browse foreign sites like fb, Netflix and YouTube. Food is okay nothing special. Another thing that I don’t like about this place is the very strong scent of air freshener in the lobby and ground floor which triggers my allergies. I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. Unfortunately, my stay started off on a disappointing note—the check-in agent failed to notify me when my room was ready, which caused some unnecessary waiting and confusion. Additionally, I booked a city view room on the 9th floor expecting a nice view, but was disappointed to find it overlooked an abandoned piece of land. On a more positive note, the concierge service was excellent—knowledgeable, attentive, and truly helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, offering a great variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. Overall, while there were some letdowns, certain aspects of the service helped redeem the experience.

Easy to walk to The Bund and Yu Gardens. Clean and comfortable rooms. The winner with this hotel is the view from the roof top bar. Spectacular. The bar itself is separate to the hotel so no charing to your room and service was hit and miss but the view made up for it.

Location location location. Walkable to Yu Gardens which has Shake Shack, Chagee, a ton of shops and dining options. 24 hr Convenience store a block away and also train station across the road. Great room but much to improve.

The room is spacious and clean, the service is great, but there's much to improve... unlike other hotels in China, they doesnt have robot delivering food delivery, you have to go down and collect. Also, no self laundry room which is important for family travel. Unlikely to return again.
