Clean, modern and newly RENOVATED condo on US #1 Private Siesta Key Beach

This condo offers the best of all worlds, with cleanliness and steps from the private beach. Avoid the crowds of the public beach in this beautiful private beach with the lounge chairs already at the beach for your convenience. Literally yards from the beach, exit the ground floor condo and walk 100 yards to the gate to the private beach. Only 2 miles from the village, with an easy close by trolley stop just outside the complex. Beach cart, umbrella, cooler, beach toys and towels provided for your convenience! Look no further. If traveling with multiple families, other condos available so you can all be close together at same private beach. Ask me!

One bedroom with comfortable king size bed, duvet and duvet covers, so no dirty comforters here. Additional queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room, comfortably sleeps 4. Full sized kitchen with all appliances and kitchen needs to make you feel at home.

This ground level unit provides easy in and out access without busy lobbies or elevators to deal with. A day at the beach should truly be a day at the beach and this unit will provide you with that comfort!

Loved location as it was in the middle of south siesta and the village. We rented bikes so made it easy to go to either area. Enjoyed having an umbrella, wagon and chairs to use for the beach. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This rental was exactly what we were hoping for & more! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed with how true everything looked to the photos. The entire unit felt brand new.The size was absolutely perfect for just the 2 of us. It might feel a bit tight with our 2 kids in tow, but was the ideal setup for a couple’s mini vacay. The bed was incredibly comfortable - something I’m very picky about - & I slept better than I expected. So glad I didn’t need to worry!One of the highlights was the unbeatable proximity to the beach. It’s just steps away, & having chairs available was such a bonus. We grabbed 2 & put them on the cart that Lisa provided & hauled them down to our spot. You’ll want to get out there early if you want a front-row spot, as the dedicated beach area is narrow but still long enough for everyone.We loved being able to walk from our spot on the sand down to the main beach for the Sunday evening drum circle. That was such a fun experience - great energy, music, & a happy crowd. Highly recommend making that part of your itinerary!The bathroom was beautifully renovated, though it’s on the smaller side, & the shower is a bit narrow. It’s fine for one person at a time (no couples showers unless you’re very petite!).Lastly & most importantly, Lisa, our host, was absolutely wonderful! She was responsive, helpful, & full of great local tips. This was the perfect place for a relaxing beach getaway. Such an amazing time & would rent from Lisa again!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! We have visited siesta for the last 5 years and stayed in the same area and this stay was the best! The condo was beautiful, and exactly as pictured! So easy to get connected and any questions answered with Lisa! We will also return to siesta and plan to stay with lisa each time!

The condo was beautiful and exactly as described. We had plenty of towels and other supplies for our stay. The beach towels and chairs were a plus since we flew there. I would recommend this to anyone and will definitely be back!

Lovely unit

The unit was pristine. It was like walking into a brand new home . There was everything you could ever need or want as far as kitchen items and plenty of things for the beach , like a wagon, chairs, cooler, umbrella, even a big basket of beach pails and things for the kiddos to use on the beach. You will have a designated parking spot right out in front of your door . We can’t say enough about the place. We will definitely be back ! And we can’t forget you will be on one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida.

Great stay

The property is newly renovated. It had all we needed for an excellent stay. Having access to a private beach with the lounge chairs was awesome. We made great use of the umbrella provided by the owner. The unit was quiet Please note the area is still recovering from the hurricane and there’s a lot of construction going on, but don’t let that stop you from visiting. We went into Sarasota a number of times as well.

Heaven on earth

My husband & I had the best time. Everything was as presented in the listing. The condo was very spacious & surprisingly well furnished. I can’t get over just how beautiful the beach was. It was a short walk from your front door. The wagon that was furnished helped transport anything needed. The chairs that were at your disposal on the beach were a nice addition to your private beach access. The pool was also nice. The weather was amazing. Nicely located with food & shopping a short drive. Would highly suggest the outlet mall there it was great. Lisa was great at communication, very quick to respond & helpful. Def a place we will return to sooner than later!

Wonderful stay

The property was great!! Very clean and decorated beautifully. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could need. The bed was very comfortable, which is a huge thing for me, as most are not. The only complaint I have is there is only one nightstand and I’d prefer two. The bathroom shower head was very powerful and detachable, which is always needed at the beach. The proximity to the beach is great. We had a problem with the a/c the second day and the owner got someone out within a few hours to take care of it. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this place. I hope to stay again in the future.

Wonderful!

We had stayed in a different unit in the building the prior year and had found the location and close proximity to the beach to be ideal so we were excited to find this property last fall. But then the hurricane happened and changed it all. So many rentals were being canceled, beaches destroyed and we weren’t certain we still had a place to stay. But our host, Lisa, pulled it all together somehow and we were able to be the first to stay in her renovated condo. Decor is charming. Colors are soothing. Furniture is comfortable and she has everything you might need. Though we rented cabanas and tent from a beach service (the beach is just a two minute walk and private), there is beach equipment for renter’s use in the condo. Lisa was very responsive and communicated promptly and kept us informed of all the reno progress, which I’m sure was very stressful for her and us not knowing if the condo would be ready. But she did it and we had a fabulous stay. I also recommend her restaurant on Tamiami Trail, Demetria’s.

Perfect beach area

The beach area was amazing. Only issue was not many towels for an 8 day stay and the main laundry room was closed for renovations. The beach umbrella, wagon, cooler and chairs is great.

Perfect for small family

We stayed 2 night an had a great time . Just a few steps from a nice private beach and quiet pool. An a few min drive from all the restaurants a shops. Place was clean an easy in an out process. Would stay again.

Siesta beach house

Property was very clean perfect spot for 2. Beach was easily accessible chairs and umbrella provided. Nice to walk into a place that was exactly as advertised for a change. At no fault of the property owner or host there is alot of construction on both sides of unit pretty congested during the day but will be over soon. Definitely will return in the future. Thanks to lisa the host for being so accessible with darn near immediate response to our questions or concerns.

Girl's Getaway

My best friend and I take a take a short getaway trip every year. We enjoyed this condo so much. It was clean, well furnished, and comfortable. The bed linens were the some of the best we've experienced in a rental or hotel. There was some construction in the neighborhood that made getting in and out of the lane tricky during the day, but at night everything was nice and quiet. We would definitely recomend staying here!

Everything We Needed!

We stayed here for an anniversary trip. Perfect amount of space for two adults. Very clean and the host was responsive and helpful when we had a question. Walkable to semi-private beach which is something we would recommend as the public beach access seemed crowded. There were condos being built on either side of our building while we were there but the noise was minimal and not a problem at all. The chairs provided on the beach were sort of clunky and outdated so bring your own if you can—we flew in so we used the ones available and they were fine, just not the most comfortable. Other than that the host provided everything we needed for the beach. I would recommend a few more beach towels for guests if possible. The pool is small and right off the main road but still somewhat private with foliage all around it—we didn’t use it. Be aware that the section of private beach for the residents of the condo complex is very narrow—it sort of feels like the larger resorts on either side very clearly do not want you in their space. There was still plenty of space for us—the beach is beautiful and like I said it was totally worth it to find a rental option with a semi-private beach. Lots of great restaurants just a short drive away or if you are up for driving a little further we really enjoyed St Armand’s Circle—go earlier in the afternoon/evening to window shop and then grab dinner—it seemed like traffic got crazy around peak dinner time. We had a great tip and would stay here again!

A great getaway!

This is a perfect spot if you want to relax at a beautiful beach spot. The property is exactly as described. The host has everything you need for a day at the beach. All you have to do is add your bev& snacks. The condo is very quiet and the bed was comfy. There are plenty of restaurants or grocery stores in the area. Everyone was friendly and the area is a great family spot. We definitely will return!

Lovely & relaxing

Thsre are so many plusses that added to our perfect stay! This unit was so comfoftable for the 2 of us....bedding & pillows, super equipped kitchen (lots of unexpected small apliances ,spicss & coffee fixins), beautiful beach acces. One of the nicest parts was the walk to paradise thru the canopy of sea grape trees to arrive at beach. We loved enjoying our meals at the shaded tabld just outside our front door. So many nice features about this unit. We are sure to return. Our host was excellent relayi g details re check in & answering quesyions. Everything was exactly as promised & we truly hated leaving.
