This authentic rustic holiday home is located on the edge of the beautiful village of Sineu on a quiet side street. It has an area of 200 square metres and offers space for up to 6 people. Upon entering the house, you enter the spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, TV with satellite channels and WiFi. A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal for preparing delicious Mediterranean dishes. The living room is equipped with cold/hot air conditioning, as well as the entrance area, from where the bedrooms can be cooled or heated.



The 3 bedrooms are also located on the ground floor (1x double bed, 21x single beds). There are two showers at your disposal, one of them outside.

The large outdoor area of 1500 square metres offers you a variety of possibilities. From the kitchen, you can access the terrace with the dining room. In the garden, typical Mediterranean trees provide sufficient shade and at the time of year you can enjoy their fruits. In the 2x1.5 metre pool you can cool off.

At the end of the garden there is a spacious barbecue area with dining room and outdoor fridge.

Not forgetting the owner of the house, the turtle that lives in the garden :)

There is also a garage for 2 cars and bicycles. Through the garage, you can easily enter the house.



Just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Sineu, with its pleasant cafés and restaurants and many shops.

Lovely farmhouse like setting

This property was quiet yet close to the action. One unusual thing was the location of the bathrooms which were some distance from the bedrooms.

Lovely home. Huge garage. Pool is more of a plunge pool. Quiet. Bring your own supplies for coffee etc. Great for the price

Zu viele Mängel!

Es gab leider zu viele Mängel, die wir bereits der zuständigen Agentur weitergegeben haben. 1. Sauberkeit: Dreckiges Geschirr, verschmutzte Kaffeemaschine, dreckiger Hof. 2. ⁠Poolgrösse nicht wie beworben: Der Pool vor Ort war deutlich kleiner als auf den Bildern im Inserat dargestellt. 3. ⁠Unangekündigter Gärtnerbesuch: Der Gärtner kam 2x ohne unser Wissen und stand plötzlich im Garten. Dies hat uns gestört und unsere Privatsphäre verletzt. Bereits nach dem ersten Besuch haben wir das bemängelt, es folgte ein zweiter unangekündigter Besuch. 3. Zwei Tage kein Warmwasser: Nachdem wir uns darüber beschwerten, wurde uns gesagt, „es stünde ja noch eine Glasflasche in der Garage zum Wechsel“ 4. Ratte im Hof 5. Der Höhepunkt: flackernde, blitzende Dose mit verbranntem Geruch, Stromausfall für mehrere Stunden und keine direkte Hilfe. Erst am Folgetag. Es bestand erhebliche Brandgefahr.

Rustikal und einfach

Das alte Stadthaus in Sineu hat eine gute Lage und eine große Garage für 2 Pkw. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Garten ist ideal bei einem Urlaub mit Hund. Trotzdem stimmt aus unserer Sicht das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für diese Haus nicht, wir hatten auf Mallorca deutlich komfortablere Unterkünfte mit vergleichbarem Preis.
