The hotel was really so busy but we were checked in immediately. My daughter’s room was perfect but I upgraded to a higher room which was just amazing. I could see Marina Bay Sands all lit up of a night. The breakfast choices were vast, plenty of water in our rooms, room service was good and the room itself was just perfect. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

While the location of the hotel is absolutely brilliant and the restaurants and bars were excellent, the room facilities were disappointing. Storage space was very limited, making it difficult to settle in comfortably. Room service was also problematic. The online ordering system was not working, and by the time hard-copy menus were delivered to our room, meal service hours had already finished, leaving us unable to order food. Housekeeping also overlooked servicing our room and it wasn’t made up until we requested it late in the afternoon. In addition, the minibar was not stocked, so everything had to be ordered separately. That said, the quality of the restaurants and bars, along with the fantastic location, were definite highlights of the stay.
