We stayed here for four nights, it is a fantastic hotel, exactly as it is described. The rooms are plenty big enough for what you need, they are really clean and comfortable having everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows lovely and soft. The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the area and we thought it was great value for money, we would definitely stay here again. All staff that we came into contact with were very friendly and helpful, thank you

The hotel is good and well located. I booked a room just to sleep because I left my luggage at my sister's house. The first night everything was fine. The second night the key card didn't work. I went to reception and they fixed it. I went to enter the room and it was occupied by other people. I went back down. They assigned me another room and it was also with other people. That happened with four rooms that they assigned me. A disaster.

Very nice property on orchard road with easy connections to all attractions by metro system. Rooms exceptionally small and claustrophobic. More ideal for younger traveller.

Staff are always friendly, helpful and respectful. We arrived on an early flight and it was easy to leave our luggage safely whilst we explored Singapore. We were able to do the same after we checked out in the final day of our stay before flying out which gave us the freedom to make the most of our remaining time. The hotel is close to bus and MRT underground rail links which makes getting around Singapore very easy. Breakfast is well worth having, there is such a variety of food on offer there is something for everyone. The beds are very comfortable and the hotel is quiet so we slept well. I have used this hotel as a base in Singapore with family twice and would recommend it.

Good hotel to stay for small groups/ couple. Very close to bus stop. Mrt within walking distance. McDonald's is within two blocks. You will be staying in the heart of Singapore shopping district.

The Yotel is located in a great area. Steps from ION mall and lots of food stalls. The hotel was clean and easy to locate. The room itself was very small and would not suggest it for two people there was not enough towels. The beds were uncomfortable and small. Check-in/Checkout was quick I used a computer for the process. Overall it was a decent hotel for the price and area.
