The property is on the older side and it may very well need some sprucing up. The pool area was nice for the kids. What I didn't like was the strong smell of chlorine. And for a Florida girl, the water was too cold for me... :-)

The hotel was a bit dirty. The fountain when you walked in was filthy. It had lots of white residue build up. Looked old and dirty. The pool area was also a mess. The floor had vomit all over and was not cleaned up. It was also very hot, uncomfortably hot. The arcade had trash all over it. The room was fairly clean. However the conditioner bottle was empty and just sitting on the side of the tub, it had fell down, and was just left. The staff checking us in was very friendly and helpful.

My room was just a few short steps to the indoor swimming/waterpark area, even though it was not poolside. My granddaughter loved it. The restaurant had delicious food. The room was nice, beds comfortable!

The air conditioning did not work properly. The tv remote did not work. Struggled with getting key card to work on our doorm Kids running through the hall at 10pm knocking on our door . All elevators but one were broken. Ice machine was broken Other ice machine leaked water really bad. For 266.00 a night i expected a 5 star hotel.

More of the games in the tiny arcade were broken down over ones that worked, which we found out after we put a good deal of money on a card for my son to play games. He had to play the same 3 games over and over, and the staff kicked us out when the pool closed. I asked if my son could finish using his money up because it won’t take they long, and I would have lbeem fine with leaving with a simple “no, sorry” but he was very rude and seemed like he hated his job. Started saying something about he has a million things to do than wait for us. And the rest of the pool staff were on their phone more than doing what they were supposed too, also looking like they didn’t want to be there. The rooms were clean and comfortable tho.
