CAR FREE:
If you don't want to rent a car, we offer a Taxi service with one way at noon and one return in the afternoon, every day. Please ask for a price per day or per week depending on the number of guests.
Our agency also offers Villas in Sitges to avoid the use of a car.

STAYS OUT OF HIGH SEASON / LONG STAYS:
Enjoy also short stays out of season:
Sitges with its micro climate usually offers temperatures of 20 to 22º at midday from November to March. With its orientation and being very sunny all day long, Villa Lia is ideal for short breaks of 3, 4, 5 days from November to March. The rates are very reasonable during these periods.

We have very attractive monthly rates in low season for 1 month up to 5 months!!!. Ask for them.

Important Aspects Related to Fees and Payments:

At Weekly Villas, we strive to offer you the best value for your stay, ensuring you only pay for the services you truly need. Our basic rental rate includes everything necessary for an excellent stay. However, if you wish to add additional services, here are the extra costs for each:

1. Payment: You can pay by credit card (3% surcharge) or bank transfer.

The Vrbo Assistance service can be contracted with either payment method. It allows you to use their customer service and assistance during your stay.

2. Cleaning Costs:
- For stays up to one week, the cleaning cost is €350 at the end of the stay.
- For stays of two weeks, an intermediate cleaning of 2 hours by 2 people is performed in the middle of the stay, costing €90, and a final complete cleaning at the end of the second week for €350.
- For stays of three weeks, two intermediate cleanings (one in the middle of the first week and one in the middle of the second week) at €90 each, and a final complete cleaning at the end of the third week for €350 are included.

3. Tourist Tax: €1 / Adult / Day for the first 7 days.

4. In the low season: €800/month for water, electricity, and gas based on actual consumption per month. Heating supplement of €3000/week.

5. Check-in and Check-out Times:
- Check-in: from 17:00 to 20:00
- Check-out: by 10:00

6. Late Arrival:
- From 20:00 to 24:00: Surcharge of €45.
- After midnight: Surcharge of €70.
- Sunday or public holiday: €50.

7. June, July, August: €10/person per day for more than 8 people.

8. A supplement of €100 per week applies for pets.

9. Security Deposit: The deposit is €1000.
