Amazing!!

We have just returned from The Ascot Hotel having had a wonderful experience there. The hotel is situated at the top of Corso Italia. From the Train station in Sorrento, it's a 20 minute stroll to the Hotel.From this station,it's easy to visit Pompeii,Herculaneum (for visiting Vesuvius) and indeed all the way to Naples.The Ascot Hotel is Extremely convenient for all the sights of Sorrento on foot with no need for taxis. Super restaurants and wonderful cobbled side streets with every kind of shop etc..all within walking distance. The hotel provides an adequate continental breakfast and has a beautiful Dining Room.It also has a lovely lounge for that well deserved "Night Cap"!! All in all a great place to stay.

Great location

Used this hotel as a base for seeing all that sorrento and the amalfi coast had to offer. Perfect location, good value. Pool area was also nice. only negative was that it was close to busy main road(lots of honking horns).

Kaksi viikkoa Sorrennossa

Hinta-laatusuhde hyvä. Kadun puoleinen huone meluinen, mutta merinäköala oli mukava. Sijainniltaan loistava. Ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Hotelli ylitti odotuksemme ja palvelu oli hyvin ystävällistä. Taksin lentokenttäkuljetukseen sai varata vastaanotosta. Jos liikenteen melu häiritsee, on tämä väärä valinta, mutta meitä jaksoi ihmetyttää viereisen risteyksen liikenne, jossa sulassa sovussa menivät autot, mopot, pyörät, bussit, ja aina välillä lähimarketin koira piipahti joukkoon kierimään kirppuja selästään.

Schönes Italien

Das Hotel ist sehr schön leider war der Pool noch zu weil kalt. Nach meinem Gefühl hatte es viele Check in Check out Kunden, du kannst daher nicht ausschlafen, weil du die Türen hörst. Aber super personal, die Lage ist gleich beim Fitness oder 5 min am Strand :)

fine but noisy

Very well situated, very nice people. The hotel is really fine, if you except the noise : the rooms are badly insonorisated.

hyvä

oikein mukava hotelli..hienostunut englantilaistyyli.. sopii ehkä paremmin meidänikäisille 50+ helkolöille.. aamiainen mannermainen hyvä.. kylpyhuoneeseen olisimme kaivanneet laskutilaa..kolmen aikuisen naisen kosmetiikalle teki ahtautta..hyllyä koukkuja helpottaisi.. kaappeja laatikoita riittävästi. huoneen puolella oli .hyvä puoli. Olimme tyytyväisiä.. Erinomaisella paikalla.. Kiitos hotellille erittäin palvelualtis henkilökunta..

Suositeltava hotelli!

Loistava sijainti kaupungin sydämessä ja helposti saavutettavissa esim. autolla. Siistit, hieman vaatimattomattomat huoneet, jääkaappi omien juomien säilytykseen. Kiva, rauhallinen uima-allas alue. Ystävällinen henkilökunta (perheomisteinen hotelli). Parkkihallista suuri plussa sillä Sorrentossa ei juuri parkkipaikkoja löydy. Hyvä, vaatimaton aamiainen lukuisine kahvivaihtoehtoineen ja muutaman euron lismaksusta lämpimiä aamiaisannoksia. Upea palvelu! Liikenteen äänet saattavat kuulua joihinkin huoneisiin.
