Although price was cheap, the hotel is not well maintained, ground floor tub didn't drain well, doesn't feel good to stand in water that doesn't drain. all sinks didn't have drain filter/plugs, so anything can go down. Kitchen exists but no utensils, cups, cookware, etc. so useless to have. it seems like it's not an ideal place for short term visitors to stay except for the price. Staying at other well maintained hotels in the area is much nicer.

The entire hotel reeked of cigarette smoke from the second we walked off the elevator. The carpet in the room had cigarette numerous cigarette burn marks and the refrigerator in the room was rusty. The mattress smelled so badly of smoke that it woke me up multiple times at night. I had to leave the window open just to get some fresh air in the room. The staff did a great job and at least the sheets were clean. But the room and hallway were in an awful state. If I had paid $80 for the night I might have expected as much, but being gouged for almost $400 because there was a Notre Dame game that night made it that much worse. It was the worst hotel stay I've had in my entire life.

Both of our rooms were quite dirty, one didn’t have sheets or bedding on the beds, very stained bare pillows. The hotel lobby and elevator wreaked of pot. We have turned in our keys and left.

Lobby was filthy, room was filthy. It had a very musty smell to it. It's the type of hotel that the closet door is a curtain rod. The non-smoking room had been smoked in especially in the bathroom where there were burn stains on the floor. We had a 2 night stay and checked out by 8am a day early.

The place was gross. It smelled like a combination of mold, vape and cigarettes. The property was run down. The refrigerator, shower curtain and drains were all corroded. To pay over $500 a night for this place is theft. Extremely disappointing.

Did not even stay

Upon checking in, we walked into our room and walked right back out. The condition of the hotel was horrible and not anywhere near worth the cost. The photo of the refrigerator alone that is attached shows the general condition of the room. We went to the front desk and informed them that we would not be staying due to the condition of the room not meeting expectations. They kindly offered to refund the stay and that it would be refunded within 48 hours. It has now been 8 days and still no refund.
