Stunning

We had a break from ours jobs with my bestie and what an amazing place to stay. Stunning view (we kept repeating every morning when we were looking outside pur balcony) excellent service. Value for food and drinks excellent. Maybe increase the quality on the cocktails but overall was an amazing experience

We had a good overall experience during our stay at Santhiya Koh Yao Yai. The resort is beautiful, the staff were generally friendly, and the setting is peaceful and relaxing. Most of our stay went smoothly, and we enjoyed the atmosphere and the facilities. However, our last day was disappointing and left us with a negative final impression. The air conditioning in our room stopped working and was only repaired 12 hours after, which made it very uncomfortable. On top of that, the power kept going out throughout the day, and there was no Wi-Fi connection available at all. These issues made it difficult to rest or even plan our departure properly. What was more frustrating is that when we brought up these problems and asked about any form of compensation or acknowledgment, we received no response at all. There was no follow-up, no explanation, and no effort made to address our concerns. While we appreciated most of our time at the resort, the lack of support and communication when things went wrong was disappointing. It is unfortunate that the stay ended on that note.

This resort was amazing. Truly unbelievable. Getting to the island was just phenomenal. And once you set foot on the pier/dock, the staff greets you and the wonderful experience begins. The check in check out process is easy. The staff and crew treat you so well and are tremendously friendly. It’s also very easy to pay if you add any meals or want to tip because it’s all billed at the end so you don’t necessarily need cash every time you’re out. The island nearby is very easy to access and had wonderful halal food. This resort was beyond what we expected. Very clean, very fun, very spacious, very classy. My wife and I enjoyed this resort so much that we will be returning hopefully soon.

We could not have been happier than we were at this hotel. It was stunning, amazing and kind staff, really good food and beautiful setting. Best experience we could have asked for! We had even made a mistake with booking and the staff went above and beyond to fix it. Will be returning in the future!

The service is great. The vegetation and natural areas are stunning. We stayed at a villa with a salt water pool that was so beautiful and comfortable. The otdoor shower was a plus!! Everybody has a smile and eager to.provide good service. There are orchids everywhere which makes it a stunning resort.

Beautiful property and very friendly staff. We got a pool villa and the ocean view was amazing. Don’t miss the amazing sunsets at the dock. The breakfast buffet was great. We were there for Songkran and they put together a special dinner buffet with entertainment which was really nice. I can’t wait to come back!

Absolutel divine getaway for anyone wanting a blissful and restful vacation away from the usual trappings of commercial life We loved it. Only thing we wished for was a child-free area at the infinity pool

Some rooms are quite a long way from the main lobby and pool, restaurants, be prepared for a lot of stairs and waiting for transport to go to pool and main restaurants. The views are spectacular, the resort is beautiful, very big gorgeous pool, not a lot around outside resort, we stayed 4 nights and didn’t venture out, we stayed to relax and not do much, pool and beach. Very chill atmosphere. Would definitely come back but get a better room, as we were in hotel 7 so far away. And so many stairs.
