'Sunset Center' on vierekkäinen pari perhelomataloa. 'Ice House' on 6 makuuhuoneen, 3. 5 kylpyhuoneen lomakoti, jossa on oma aidatulla 24 jalkaa lämmitetty uima-allas, 6 hengen kylpytynnyri, näytelmäkenttä ja metsäinen rotko. Kiinteistö on helppo 4 korttelin kävelymatka jalkakäytävältä South Beachille, Kid's Corneriin ja keskustaan.

Tarjolla on kaikki kodin mukavuudet, kuten pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, liinavaatteet, kaikki tärkeimmät keittiökoneet (mukaan lukien jääkaappi jää- ja vedenjakajalla, astianpesukone ja mikroaaltouuni), keittiövälineet, ilmainen kaukopuhelin, ilmainen langaton internetyhteys, useita kaapeleita Televisiot, DVD / VCR-soittimet, CD-soittimet, vain muutamia mainitakseni.

Nauti joustavuudesta ja mukavuudesta, jos sinulla on 6 yksityistä makuuhuonetta, jotka sijaitsevat kätevästi koko talossa! 5 makuuhuonetta ovat yläkerrassa. Yksi niistä on Master-sviitti omalla kylpyhuoneella. Toinen kylpyhuone on yläkerran salissa. 1 makuuhuone on alakerrassa, myös oma kylpyhuone. Talossa on iso 28 x 14 jalkaa matolla varustettu olohuone, joka sisältää 2 kaapelitelevisiota (50 tuumaa ja 44 tuumaa). 14 x 14 ruokasali sopii mukavasti 8 jalkan ruokapöydälle. Keittiössä on liukuvat lasiovet, jotka avautuvat takapihan kannelle ja uima-allas- / spa-alueelle.

Lisätietoja talosta: Kaikki kuusi makuuhuonetta ovat matolla. 5 makuuhuoneessa on kattotuuletin. Talossa on kaikkiaan 8 kattotuuletinta. Makuuhuoneessa on faux-parveke, jolta on näkymä takapihan uima-altaalle. Yhdessä makuuhuoneessa on lokero katto.

Wonderful Family Home

We had 3 different groups from our family staying here and had a wonderful experience. The home was clean and absolutely stocked with nearly every child item you could need (bikes, strollers, toys, cribs, etc.). Very convenient to walk downtown and to the beach. Overall a great place and would stay again.

Long weekend family getaway

We had a long weekend family getaway in South Haven. There were 7 adults and 2 kids. There was plenty of room for everyone, the house was stocked with everything we needed , communication was great on checkin, keys , etc. Location was great for an easy walk to the lake, shops and restaurants. Everyone enjoyed their stay!!

It was our wedding weekend. So we booked both the Sun House and Ice House to host family from all over including Germany who had never been to the US. The houses are amazing, fully equipped, they thought of every need!! The owners responded right away with any question. We want to come back every year for our anniversary! ❤️

Fall break

This spacious home was everything we were looking for in a vacation rental. From it’s six bedrooms to it’s beautiful backyard. A large deck with a gas grill, plenty of seating, a private pool, hot tub, and a shared play set for the kiddos. Very kid friendly with many books, board games, toys, and an actual arcade game in the home. The home was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plenty of towels, both bath and kitchen, garbage bags, paper towels, hand soap, laundry detergent and a fully functional kitchen. It is located near the playground and beach, and a short distance to downtown. The host offers a golf cart for an extra fee, which would be convenient to drive to the playground and beach. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly when texted. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful! Tons of amenities, very family-friendly, great location.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed every bit of this rental. The pool/hot tub/ deck were the main hang out space. Kitchen was well-equipped. We appreciated having spare coffee, kitchen supplies, and toiletries so we didn't have to keep running out to get things. There were so many toys for the kids to explore and play with. And the location to the beach and downtown is wonderful. We had a few questions and the host, Jim, was very responsive, helpful, and kind. Can't recommend this place enough!

Wonderful Home Away From Home!

We were a large family group, staying in South Haven for Mother's Day weekend. The Icehouse offered us a lovely place to stay while exploring the South Haven area. The six bedrooms, three full and one half baths made our stay very comfortable. We spent our evenings playing games at the large dining room table, and were grateful to be able to enjoy the pool and hot tub in the afternoon. We would love to stay again sometime and highly recommend this South Haven Gem!

Perfect family rental

The home was perfect for a large group. Walking In I was very impressed to find that it was exceptionally clean. It was the most comfortable and well stocked rental I have been in. The location was perfect with a short walk to downtown and the beach. My whole family from ages 10-72 enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

Great Girls' Getaway

We loved the location of this property, so close to town and the beaches! Lots of bedrooms and baths, spaces to spread out if we wanted to. The hot tub was such a nice way to relax each evening. The house was clean, but could maybe use a deep cleaning, as there were fingerprints/smudges/dirt marks on the refrigerator handles, bathroom walls and some of the doors/door jams. Also, the half bath toilet may need new screws and caulk, as it would move easily if bumped into. Great house overall, we would rent again.

We loved our rental

House was large, had plenty of room for our large family with room to spare. House was clean and stocked with all the necessities, as well as little extras such as bug spray, laundry soap, pool toys. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. Highly recommended this rental. We had an issue with the ice machine and the owner was very responsive!

South Haven Heavenly Vacation

This home had everything!!!! Bikes, chairs, floats for the pool, games books and was so much fun. Close to everything but quiet and lovely. 2 extra fridges in the garage The golf cart iced the cake. We will be back

Family Getaway

This place is perfect for a large group of people. We found ourselves hanging out in the kitchen and on the deck a lot. There was plenty of room for our whole family. The bedrooms were comfortable and cozy. A ton of toys for the kids and it was fun relaxing in the hot tub.

Excellent!

We have stayed in many rentals, and this was by far the most equipped. Everything was provided - all we had to do was show up! The house was immaculate, the features like the hot tub and play area for the kids were great! Bikes, helmets, strollers, games, puzzles, etc. were all there for us. Location was in a quiet neighborhood near the downtown area. Jim is a great host - even sent a few items we left behind. Would definitely stay here again. So glad we chose this property.

Family Weekend Away

This was a great spot for a mid-winter weekend away. The house and hot tub were great. This would be a great spot during the summer as there is a pool and within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. The host was most helpful and communication was great. We would stay here again.
