Walking distance to entertainment district, restaurants, and market. Bay access and walking distance to the Beach. Great viewing of Fireworks in the summer from deck. The Dolphin House has all the amenities, reverse osmosis drinking water in the kitchen, kids games, crock pot, mixer, blender, toaster, microwave. Downstairs BBQ, beach chairs, boogie boards, bikes, and umbrella. I also have Windsurfing lessons and rentals, Kayaks and Stand Up Paddle boards to rent.
