All good except the shower and bathroom needs a good cleaning. I went and purchased Clorox spray for the shower because the floor appears to be not scrubbed good in awhile.

The staff was friendly , our room for the most part was clean and tidy , however the toilet seat was broken . It was fixed on day 2 of a 4 night stay. Breakfast was adequate , over all the stay was pleasant enough and we would stay here again. No bugs found in bed or room... Still waiting on our deposit to be returned ..

The hotel was conveniently located for me, with easy access and parking. The breakfast was good, but they really won me over with the espresso machine. I would mention that it is very close to the highway. I'm not bothered by the hum of traffic. If it bothers you, i suggest asking for a room which faces away from the highway.

The room faced the interstate, so it was very noisy. The curtains were sheer. There were food crumbs under the nightstand. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was fresh, with a few options.

Lousy food. Sour milk. Shabby bathroom. Probably 5 percent occupied, but given a room that looked directly on the roof of the hotel entry blocking view with 90 percent shingles. Directly looking down from the window was the roofs gutter. If this was a Best Western Plus I’d hate to stay at a plain ol’ Best Western.

My experience was extremely disappointing. The room was never cleaned despite my raising the issue twice; each time, I was told it would be addressed, but nothing changed. On our final night, we were given washcloths and towels along with a plastic bag to collect our own garbage, which was unacceptable. The reason provided for this poor service was that they were short-staffed. Additionally, only one elevator was operational, forcing us to walk up to the fourth floor several times. I have submitted a formal complaint to their headquarters and am currently awaiting a response. I also attempted to upload photos of the room but was unable to do so.

The room was immaculate, including the corners of the bath! Breakfast was limited to continental style, but coffee was hot and good to my tastes :-) The steep entry off busy street with heavy traffic was less than desirable, and i found that going out the back entrance was preferable. Staff was helpful when i asked

The two room keys failed midway during my stay and I had to go to front desk to fix it. Then the day I checked out I had to come back to room to get the rest of my stuff & room keys failed. Went to front desk and no one there. Waited 15 minutes then begged housekeeping to open my room so I could get my stuff and leave.
