The apartment is located in an urban small residential building that was built in 2006, and the apartment was completely renovated in 2014. New Salamander 3D double insulated glass with gas, automatic shutters with remote control, kitchen of a renowned Italian manufacturer with Bosch appliances, Villeroy & Boch sanitary ware, four flat-screen TVs, six Daikin indoor air conditioners, lighting is entirely LED, with Swarovski lighting fixtures.
In the courtyard there is a beautiful swimming pool with hydro massage and a gazebo made of a combination of wood and stone, and a fireplace.
The apartment is spread over several height levels so that it gives a unique feeling and is categorized as a five-star apartment.

A new luxury ground floor apartment located in Žnjan (120 m2) oriented to the south. In front of the apartment there is a beautiful large terrace (160 m2) with an outdoor pool and jacuzzi that is exclusively available to guests of this apartment. 150 meters from the apartment there is a beautiful Žnjan beach!
The apartment is suitable for up to 6 + 2 people.
