Our quiet and sunny apartment with a large terrace in a small stone house is ideal for older couples who want to experience the spirit of the 1700 years old town of Split, but also for young people who want to have fun.
Narrow stone-paved streets, along the Riva promenade, the UNESCO Diocletian's Palace and the Marjan forest park. Experience the Mediterranean to the fullest. The best choice for visitors is a very old 250-year-old stone house. Come and spend your holiday with us!
The space
The apartment is located on the 1-st floor of a stone house and has a separate entrance from a very quiet street.
Due to it's location, it is very practical, newly equipped and easy to use.

Guest access
This is a perfect place if you want to explore the city, sights like Diocletian's palace, Riva, churches, cathedrals, squares, museums and also restaurants, beaches, shops, ferry and train stations are 2-10 minutes walk.
This apartment has two sunny terraces with a small view of the city and the sea, it has true city soul feeling.
Decorated in bright colors, the air-conditioned and spacious unit offers one bedroom with double bed, a couch that can double as a third assistant bed, SMART TV, free Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The outdoor terrace is equipped for wonderful mornings in silence while the city wakes up and pleasant evenings with a glass of wine.
Other things to note
The apartment is located in the old part of town called Veli Varoš, below the eastern slopes of the hill Marjan, one minute walk away from the sea by Diocletian palace at the opposite side of apartments ( 5-6 min walking ) are the main passenger terminal, railway station, bus station and ferry port.
