Shuttle to Zion is at the property - so convenient. Hot tub and pool were great after a day of hiking. Room was clean. Porters restaurant was complimentary for breakfast and delicious.

They gave vouchers so you could eat breakfast at tne next-door Porter's Restaurant. There were many options on the menu for breakfast. I got a Philly Steak omelet one day, and the chicken-fried steak the next day. There was almost enough food for 2 meals. Excellent breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. I didn't like the high price, but I noticed other properties were charging even more, ie, the Best Western was around 433/night. It was very convenient to catch the shuttle going to Zion.

This was a comfortable accommodation that is very close to Zion National Park. Clean rooms that are in good repair, staff that is attentive, a very good breakfast which you are given vouchers for because it’s a short walk away in a separate building. Restaurants near by for dinner. We found nothing not to like.

Bumbleberry Inn was an ideal spot for our Zion vacation. It had spacious clean rooms, with friendly staff. Breakfast was great with large portions and quick service (except on weekends). The shuttle system is wonderful! Clean, friendly knowledgeable drivers; they run on time and are great for navigating Springdale and Zion.

Hotel very dated. Needs some routine maintenance. Bathroom door frame rusted, wood chipped off the bottom of the door. Sliding glass door to patio doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned recently. Carpet needs a good cleaning as my white socks were black at the end of one day. Beds uncomfortable. We were in the building behind the office and no key card security at the entrance. Open to anyone day or night!! Mini fridge without door shelves and when I contacted the front desk she said they had been removed because they got stolen all the time! Ask for the shelves or for them to switch out, Manager said no that’s the way it is! So no place to put all cans or bottles drinks! View from our patio was the only awesome thing about this hotel. Not worth the nightly rate.

Most dirty, specially it appears that carpet is never cleaned. Stay 3-4 days and then clean your slippers. You will find black water flowing out of bottom of slippers. Believe me that slippers were never wore outside room. I use them in my holme. I have never seen a dirty carpet in any hotel. Everything is basic in room but that is not a problem. It is the cleanliness that is utmost important. If cleanliness is not an issue for you please ignore my comments. Owners, please steam wash your carpet and then you will realize what I am trying to communicate. You will find black dirty water in your vacuum. I would rather go to a franchise hotel. Better spend 10-15 dollars for breakfast if you are already paying 300 plus for a night in a hotel.

An excellent, made to order breakfast was provided by a restaurant about a 2 min walk away. The shuttle to the lodge was at the entrance to the hotel parking lot. A grocery shop and many dining options were within walking distance as were many gift shops. The room was clean and we had a view of the mountains.

I loved the Bumbleberry Inn. You can't beat the setting, the views are spectacular and there is great access to the town. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is awesome! The pool is a nice feature. My only advice: Get an upstairs room. We got one downstairs and our upstairs neighbors got up at 5:30 am every day and (I can only guess) had a dance party for two hours. People tend to rise early in Zion so you want to make sure they aren't waking you up.
