Staff was very friendly, hotel was clean and smelled nice and the hot tub and pool were both a good experience. Breakfast ladies were very friendly. Recommended eating at Hemingway’s too—Angler’s Lodge gave guests a 15% discount on our meal.

Beds are hard and pillow suck. I could have staied at many other hotels like dury, or hoilday inn, home 2 home, for same amount of money had a a way better bed and pillow. I will never stay here again! Bc of this i wil never try big cedar lodge either! I kept waking up wondering if it was morning to go home! Decorations were great! But maybe put money into better mattress and pillow. Everyone at breakfast looked like they slept horrible too! Breakfast was OKAY. Hotel was CLEAN

It was a disaster. We stood in the lobby for an hour waiting to check in. They were giving people the wrong keys to rooms and it was a nightmare! The room was great as was the breakfast and fitness center. After a long drive and being very hungry, the wait in the lobby was ridiculous! By the time we got in our room, we were exhausted and spent $100 just to door dash as it was late and nothing was open!

Old hotel, had to fix the toilet as soon as we got there, then had bed bugs. Wife is chewed up by the bed bugs, hoping we didnt bring them home

All of the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. My only complaint is the rudeness of other guests that were there, they had no concept of quiet time, and the walls in the rooms are very thin, so even loud conversations are heard by your neighbors. Rooms were very clean I did not have the opportunity to try the breakfast, had to leave too early for work, that's not their fault I would stay there again if I needed to

Everything about this hotel was outstanding, especially the staff. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable, and the staff is stellar!! This is definitely our go to hotel when in Springfield!!
