The staff members were very pleasant and the check in process was extremely easy. The room was as pictured and was very clean. The pool area was nice and had a tropical feel. I do wish there was just a few more seats and tables available in this area but it was still great despite that. The fire and ice restaurant was very nice and easy to get a reservation. Bella's pizza was probably one of the best pizzas we have had! The continental breakfast had a very good variety. My kids really enjoyed their time here.
