The Bayfront Marin House was fabulous!! The room, staff and amenities were amazing. The food items offered for breakfast and Happy Hour were very tasty. We had the room overlooking the bay with a private balcony. A private parking lot for the B&B was available with no charge to guests. We will absolutely stay there again on our next visit to St. Augustine!

Our room wasn’t ready until 3:30 and housekeeping was not very satisfactory. The beds are cheaply made and not very comfortable. The upstairs door leading to balcony is broken and doesn’t lock. We loved the location, cottage was adorable, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that was brought to our door.

Everything was great. Love the text communication and not having to go through the whole chk in process. My only complaint would have to be water pressure in shower. We will defin be coming back.

The entire experience was terrible. We booked this location because it was near downtown. The actual rental was a 15 min drive from downtown. The AC didnt cool the room. The food was awful. Very very disappointed with the whole experience especially given the price.

The room was clean and very nice. However, the shower has very little pressure. That needs improvement. Very hard to rinse any kind of soap or shampoo in the hair. I realize the house is pretty old, it’s well maintained but someone was staying on top of our room and we could hear them talk and walk. They were very loud and that was a little uncomfortable at 1 am I loved the walkway to the beach. Beach was great and the chair and umbrellas was a nice surprise. Since we didn’t bring our own.

Well, my friend and I are both 80 ish ladies. Needless to say I did not know the room I selected was on the 2nd floor. The parking is more than 2 blocks after you unload your car. Ugh!! So I had to pay for a parking space on the street during the day . Nights are free after nine. Great breakfast and afternoon wine and cheese brought to your room. Service was so helpful!!!!! We did enjoy ourselves.

Loved the place. The staff was great. I do have 2 complaints. 1. Booking thru Expedia shows this property having a pool with picture and it does not have a pool. 2. Was suppose to be a quiet place however parties full sending outside our window on our balcony from 3-5 am and no staff on site to be able to do anything about it. The entire floor was not happy.
