It could have used a bit more cleaning in the bathroom. Check-in took a while and they had an AirPod in with loud rap. Finally took it out and when had to call for assistance it switched to phone saying n word a bunch in the song 😅 he was nice but had kept trying to run a card on file without asking me and it was very expired which is why it kept declining and didn’t ask for another until I asked if something was wrong because it’s been about 5 minutes.

We got there around 8:30pm. There was one person working and 5 people in line. During breakfast the juice machine didn’t work. There was garbage on the floor near our bed when we got into the room.

Hard beds

I’m writing to express my disappointment following a recent stay at your property. The bed in my room was extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s rest. When I attempted to address the issue with the night auditor, I was met with complete disinterest. Rather than offering any assistance or even showing concern, he remained focused on watching a sports game on his phone throughout our interaction. This lack of professionalism was both frustrating and disappointing.
