The valet service was wonderful!!!! We were there 4 days and room was never cleaned. No towels, toilet paper, or soap was brought and the trash wasn’t emptied. The nightstand had dust that looked an inch thick and you could tell that it hadn’t been dusted in weeks. Service need a lot of help, except for valet service, which was outstanding!

Super clean and nice Ole Downtown Hotel. Looks historical but rooms are well maintained and updated. Plenty of room and all the personal items you might need are available. Our 1 sleep on the sleeping sofa and it was great. Missing some extra blankets in the room but overall was ok. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice quiet large room close to everything

We went to St Louis for a concert and wanted a nice downtown hotel. The Mariott convention center was just perfect. Great location and walking distance to food. Only issue was the front desk area and valet were under staffed. At $48/night for valet parking it would have been nice to have someone to get our car. All phone lines stayed busy as well. Frustrating
