Overall we had a great trip and stay. The only big issue to me is the coffee situation. The room and downstairs had no cups for the complimentary coffee. The second day the coffee was out downstairs and in the room. Both days we were headed out to the baseball games and it did not make sense to purchase coffee at Starbucks. It would have been nice to have access to this.

Loved every minute!

From the valet going out of his way to show us where they would keep out luggage until checkin, to the front desk who had our room ready early, to the fantastic meal at Ruth's Chris, then the Starbucks in the morning. I'm sold. And let me say the efficient valley service is worth every it if $50. We will be back for sure!

Meh, won’t stay again.

No parking available on site when we arrived. Valet was backed up around the corner. Had to park in the overflow lot which was not easily accessible and did not appear safe at all. No room service, even though it’s listed as an amenity. Just overall not impressed based on the ratings and listing. It is close to the arch if you are visiting for that.
