No--the room was just fine, as was the service. This rating is based entirely on yours and the Hyatt's refusal to give me credit for a double booking that was Expedia's or Hotel.com's doing. I will never stay at a Hyatt again or use Expedia. Shameful!!

So nice to be directly next to the Arch. I went out for an early bike ride and got Coffee and enjoyed the park. Only real negative was the valet was super backed up and parking garage was full so after an 11 hour drive I had to go find parking blocks away in not the best area. Also, no room service was not ideal but can order to go at the different restaurant options downstairs

Expensive to park and inconvenient unless you use the Valet service @.. $50 per day!! Convenient to the Arch and boat tour tho. Elevators were quick and usually available.
