Lovely friendly & amazingly helpful staff. Really nice and personalized service. Love their evening turn-down service and little private pool — this is like this little hidden gem of a place that I will pick over the other brand-name hotels charging an arm and a leg. What an amazing and cute hotel!! Renovated and sooo adorable. Only stayed 1 night after a concert but we plan on booking a weekend trip just to stay here and enjoy tje amenities. The lobby staff were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Everything was outstanding. Victoria and other staff were fantastic. Only one star off for having only wine refrigerators, so no way to maintain ice or anything frozen. Not acceptable.

The hotel is just as pictured. Very new and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Close to walk to the many beaches and restaurants in Clearwater. A jewel in an area full of mammoth high rises. Of note, there is a dehumidifier in each room that fills a few times a day, so remember to empty it before bed so it doesn’t wake you when it is full. :)

We needed a quiet place to rest and forget the world! We found it and will be back. This is a quiet little spot with the best staff! The pool was clean and most of the time we had it to ourselves. It is a super short walk to the beach and some great eating spots. The beds were comfy, the little kitchen in the lobby with microwave, flavored water, a blender for smoothies, was all we needed. I can't say enough good about this place. It's like the staff was never "hovering" yet always knew what we needed and had fresh clean towels for us at the pool, offered advice about local things even down to the closest spot to buy a deck of cards. This is a happening place and the photos do it great justice. It is every bit that clean and nice. We'll see you next year! Thanks Ivory Sands!

This property was awesome. Starting with the staff, especially Gabriella! She was so sweet and kind. You would have thought she owned the property because she treated us so well. She even offered to help carry bags to the room. What big hotel does that. The place was very clean, the pool was awesome and all staff were great. Free parking with the room and complimentary drinks! Would come back here in a second! Deserves more than 5 stars! Thank you all who worked there!
