A very nice, clean and well maintained condominium with a great view of the lake and Ocean Walk complex.

This unit has a king and a queen size bed, both very comfortable, full size washer and dryer and a patio close enough to lake to drop a line and fish for bass and brim.

Very close to the back pool and the tennis courts. Ocean Walk is in a great island location within an easy walk to the village and restaurants.

No other complex on this island matches all that Ocean Walk offers!

From the living room you have a really pleasing view of the lake, easy access to the pool from this condo too.

Easy access from parking area but not on the parking lot, so quiet and peaceful.

This neighborhood has 16 beautiful acres. There is a stocked lake, clubhouse with a fitness center and ping pong, also kids video games. There is also a playground, decks for sitting in the sun, tree swings for young and old.
Best of all it is within walking distance of all the entertainment and dining in the village in just 8 short blocks down the walking sidewalk.
All Ocean Walk community rules should be followed by all guests.
No bicycles can be stored in the breezeways.
No glass or pets in pool areas.
Pools close at 10:00 PM. No entry allowed after hours.
Quiet time is from 11:00 PM until sunrise. Please be considerate of all residents and guests. No loud music, voices, or other audio. No running or playing on stairs.
