Holiday home on a south-facing wooded slope with lake view The house is located on the northern shore at the end of the Ferchesaer See lake in the middle of the Westhavelland Nature Park on the edge of the village of Ferchesar. Ferchesar is located in the west of the state of Brandenburg in the Havelland district approx. 12 km north-east of Rathenow and approx. 60 km west of Berlin-Spandau. The region around Ferchesar is very rich in forests and lakes. The village itself lies at the end of the Hohennauener-Ferchesarer See lake. Other lakes in the immediate vicinity of Ferchesar include Fennsee, Trintsee and Lochower See.

I rent out my holiday home here, which was extensively renovated and modernly furnished in 2018. A small bedroom (actually the bedroom consists only of the large, cosy, 1.80 x 2.00 mtr bed), an adjoining room with wardrobe and full-length mirror, a large, sun-drenched living-dining room with comfortable leather sofa and small dining area as well as a large, covered south-facing balcony with a wonderful view of Lake Ferchesa.

There is also a fireplace for cooler days, firewood can be purchased on site. (Underfloor heating only available in the bathroom).

The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher and fridge, the small bathroom is very well equipped with bathtub, toilet, washbasin, large mirror and underfloor heating.

The lovingly landscaped garden is semi-shaded and has a large wooden terrace with deckchairs for relaxing. There is also a barbecue and a seating area with parasol.

!!!Attention NEW!!! We now have fast and unlimited internet everywhere, which you can easily book. The property can only be reached via a narrow staircase. It is therefore not barrier-free! The car park is located below the holiday home.
