The room was clean, it was good. Although I was very disappointed that the bar was closed. That was the main and only reason why I booked the stay at this hotel. There were cheaper places to stay, but again, they had a bar.
The staffs explanation why the bar was closed was that management or owner said that if 50% of the hotel wasn't full, they would keep the bar closed. And for that reason alone, I'm giving them a 1 star. Now too me, it doesn't matter how many customers you have. A customer is a customer. Regardless if it's 1 or 100. So the few should be punished due to the lack of customers. Don't agree with this and that's where I draw the line.
I will not be back. Apparently they show there gratitude and customer service to the few, versus having a full house. I'm old school. It's the principal of it.
