Not what we expected.

Pool was closed, gym was closed. Laundry was closed. Elevator was broken. Breakfast was gross. Our toilet broke and they never even fixed it. Said we had to wait until 9am for housekeeping and never came. People were running through the hallway at 6am and the housekeepers were arguing and crying and yelling in the halls.
