Comfortable bed. Clean room. Staff not professional in my opinion. Having your own shower supplies and possibly an extra blanket would be better than they provide. Toilet is a nice size for a child, but really low for an adult. Breakfast was average. Cheapest place I found in the area, and I got a good night's sleep, so that is all that matters.

Overall hotel was average. No elevator, but not informed prior to booking. First floor appeared to be in better share than 2nd floor. Limited staff at front desk. Room was clean. Breakfast was okay, but limited in items. Parking was okay but could have better lighting at night.

First they told us we could not check in until 3 which is okay but went back on time and they they told us room would not be ready for another 2 hours or so. In room there was nothing to put ice in and only 1 bath towel for 2 people. Room was clean windows didn't work. Pool area was clean and did enjoy that. I went our to desk and the person was sleeping sitting in chair. I not very happy with what we saw.

Had a very nice stay at this hotel - I'm glad I didn't listen to the few negative reviews. The staff was very kind and helpful. Easy check-in, the property is obviously older but it is clear they have worked hard to remodel/update. Nothing fancy and no frills, but if you want those things then you shouldn't be booking at Super 8. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, very nice BIG pool and hot tub was good too. Pool being open until 11pm was a huge plus! Breakfast was definitely adequate with several hot options.

Honest review

Our stay was OK. For just one night it was fine. The hot tub does not have very many jets and if there is more than 2 in it you do not get a jet. I do like the open shower they to rinse off in the pool area. You do not see that at many places. The staff can be hard to understand but are friendly.

The staff was not friendly or welcoming. Our room was not ready at check in time. Had to wait 20 minutes. Had to ask for an ice bucket and was told that all rooms don’t have ice buckets. Staff had to get one from another room. The toilet seat needed to be replaced as it was full of black marks. (looked like cigarette burns) There was a large white patch over a section of the wall with holes underneath. Also dirty handprints on the wall that could have easily been cleaned. We will not be returning to this hotel.

I was a little concerned when I got there when she couldn’t find our reservation, but then after a few minutes she did and she was very helpful. It’s an older hotel but our room was clean. We had an issue with the tub draining really slow so my husband left a note at the desk and it was taken care of before we returned later in the day. Our granddaughter really enjoyed the pool and my husband enjoyed the hot tub.

Saw staff cleaning which was nice. Lobby smelled clean Did not enjoy walking through smokers who were smoking on either side of the front entrance Did not enjoy looking out our window to view that trash below Was irritated when I had to listen to some type of gathering outside and below our room from 7pm to after midnight. I called the front desk for help to either quiet or move the group away from guest rooms. She said she talked to the people after my first call. At 11:30pm, the activity was still going on. The front desk phone was busy so I went to the desk to ask for quiet again. The event went on until after midnight. Very disappointed as we had a long day and needed to travel in a few hours. It would have been nice to be able to get some sleep.
