On a large plot of land in the village of Gorica, near Zadar, you will find this beautiful and luxurious stone house. On the first floor you will find a spacious living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. At the end of the hallway there is a laundry room, from which you can access the balcony. From the living room you can access the covered terrace with access to the pool. Here you can really relax their well-deserved vacation or just read a good book. Upstairs there are three more air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a bathroom. In the courtyard there is a gazebo where you can spend many hours together with your loved ones while the little ones can play frolicsomely on the lawn. The last 300 m of the approach road to the house are not asphalted.
