3/4 Time is sure to please—this oceanfront home is exactly what you need for your next beach getaway. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, this home is ideal for families or couples looking to relax by the sea.

The lower level features a fully stocked kitchen with an island for additional seating, all-new kitchen appliances, granite countertops, and a farmhouse sink. New LVT flooring runs throughout the home (excluding bathrooms). The dining area seats up to six guests and flows into a cozy living area, all overlooking the beautiful ocean views.

On the lower level, Bedroom 1 is a spacious bunk room perfect for younger guests and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 2, which features a queen bed. Bedroom 3 also offers a queen bed and shares a full bath. Upstairs, the primary master suite includes a king bed, private bathroom, and a small desk—perfect for remote work or planning the day’s adventures. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs for your streaming needs.

Step outside onto the lower-level oceanfront deck to enjoy stunning views, plenty of rocking chairs, and a sundeck for those who want to soak up the sun. A short walk takes you directly to the beach, complete with additional seating and a convenient foot shower. For guests who love outdoor living, the home also offers an enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower.

Our family of 10 (8 adults, 2 babies) stayed here so it was tight. 2 adults left halfway through the week which made it much more comfortable. I'll start with the good stuff: --The house was clean. --The floors & kitchen seem recently re-done. --The kitchen was functional & well stocked. --Living room furniture was comfy. Nice dining furniture too. --Being on the beach was super convenient & lovely. --The covered porch was really nice, especially because there is a solid roof so we could still sit outside if it was raining. --The primary suite is HUGE. --There is a place to wash your feet/beach gear on the boardwalk, as well as an outdoor shower so plenty of places to clean off before going inside. Some things we weren't crazy about: --Having to physically check-in & check-out at the rental office. I can't remember the last time I had to do that -- definitely prefer a lock box or a code lock. Keys are hard to keep up with on vacation! --There were only 3 rocking chairs + 1 adirondack chair on the porch. For a house that is supposed to sleep 10, that's definitely not enough outdoor furniture. The listing also calls it a "large sun porch" which is misleading. --There was also not enough seating in the living area for 10. 5 or 6 of us could sit at a time but weren't able to be all together in that space. Kitchen table seats 6 + 4 bar stools. --The bathrooms are small & old. Only 1 has a tub. The water pressure in the showers left something to be desired. --There was no ice maker or water dispenser in the fridge/freezer. --One of the bedroom TVs did not work for us. --The carpet in the bunk room was disgusting. I wouldn't let my kid play on it & wouldn't walk on it without socks. It's a tiny carpet but could certainly stand to be replaced. --House is next to a public beach access so you have to claim your spot EARLY or others will set-up right in front of the house & you'll have to try to find a spot elsewhere. --Biggest negative for us was the check-out list. There were things we had to do that we felt a cleaning crew should be doing since we paid a cleaning fee. Overall, we enjoyed our week at Holden Beach but likely won't return to this particular house due to the size of our family. If the number of bedrooms works for you, I would still recommend this house based on the price, cleanliness, & location. I know I seem like a Karen will all the specifics but I always appreciate a thorough review :)

Great location and great view!

This house was the perfect spot for our family get-away. The location was perfect and only a short walk out to setup our beach stuff. The view was great and we could even keep an eye on our stuff from the porch if needed. House looks to be recently renovated, including a nicely renovated kitchen.

We absolutely loved this property and the view of the beach. We have been going to Holden Beach for many years and this is one of the nicest finishes we have had. Beautiful space and everything you need for a week with the family!
