The room benefits from two air conditioning units due to its generous size. Just off the living area is a private home office with desk, two chairs, and air conditioning; perfect for remote work.
There is a separate kitchen, well equipped for culinary enjoyment, with a gas hob, gas oven, dishwasher, portable electric oven, microwave, and both Italian and American coffee makers. It also has a tiled stove for the cooler months and a dining table for casual meals.
This floor also includes a cosy bedroom with a French bed (better suited for 2 children or one adult) and an adjacent bathroom with shower. A piano adds a personal and homely touch to the space, perfect for music lovers.

First Floor
A staircase of 20 steps leads to the upper level, where the remaining three bedrooms are located.
• The first double bedroom features air conditioning, a desk, ensuite bathroom with shower, and access to a shared balcony with sea and pool views.
• The second bedroom includes a French bed, air conditioning, desk, ensuite bathroom, and access to the same balcony.

The landscaped garden is a true Mediterranean haven: lush, colourful, and full of charm. The private swimming pool (13x8m to 2.5m; from 1.2m to 2.5m deep; open 01.04. - 31.10.2025, use outside the normal season is possible on request and subject to availability and a supplement) is surrounded by sun loungers and seating, with a peaceful view of the sea and landscape. Several seating areas are scattered throughout, offering private nooks to read, relax, or enjoy the view. A small ornamental pond with a charming footbridge leads to a shaded garden area with panoramic views of the countryside, the Ionian Sea, and even Mount Etna on clear days.

The winter garden connects seamlessly with the interior and is furnished with a large dining table and lounge seating, perfect for relaxing by the pool while remaining sheltered. Adjacent to this area, guests can enjoy a private fitness room overlooking the garden.
A covered gazebo offers shade on sunny days, and a barbecue area is also available for al fresco meals.
Private parking for up to three cars is provided inside the fully fenced grounds. A rental car is recommended for exploring the surrounding area.
