(1) the dog must be as advertised, at risk of booking cancellation upon arrival (2) as you likely know, the rockies are a slow-growing, delicate environment - do not allow your dog to dig or damage trees please + you are responsible for cleanup of your dog's business in the yard (3) if your dog accidentally soils in the house somewhere, please tell us so we can do a deep clean. within reason, this will not be cause for any security deposit overage (4) no dogs on the beds - we have dog beds you can use. this is a hard rule and a courtesy to us and other guests (5) we'll provide you with some couch throws/covers, please use them if possible if you intend on allowing your dog onto a sofa/couch. (6) use extra caution when leaving your dog alone in the home (music, crating, whatever as needed), i.e. again not to disturb neighbors with howling or barking.

Only 2 dogs are allowed under any circumstances; dog bookings are subject to case-by-case review and potential guests are advised to inquire before booking to avoid cancellations.
