Excellent experience from the moment you arrive. The resort was quiet and beautiful. High quality rooms. The staff is very helpful and hospitable. We lost a phone during one of the days there and before we noticed it was missing, the staff had found it and was contacting us about delivering it back to us. Also just a little thing like having a free minibar is a nice plus for the overall experience. The location of the resort is also very good and relatively close to most attractions in the area. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tagaytay.

Check-in was online, so it was very easy. The resort was very quiet and beautiful. Everything would have been walkable, except it was raining so hard that we had to get chauffered around in golf carts to get to places (great service)! The room was large and modern with great design. The only draw back is that sometimes the toilet would smell of sewage. I think due to the heavy rains. The spa was amazing with great ambiance. Overall, a great relaxing home away from the city.
