The luxury air-conditioned apartment, sleeps four. The apartment consists of a large sitting room/dining room, a fully-fitted Whirlpool kitchen (including dishwasher, fridge-freezer, hob, oven, microwave and washing machine/combi-dryer). The roomy hallway leads to a separate loo and shower-room, a twin bedroom and a master suite which comprises a double bedroom and a bathroom complete with shower and jacuzzi. The apartment also comes with a security video entry. This quaint and inviting coastal town offers an array of good restaurants and bars, a beach on a nature reserve (a 2-minute boat ride across the estuary) and numerous picturesque golf courses just 10-15 minutes away by car. These include Qunita da Ria, Quinta da Cima, Monte Rei – the Jack Nicklaus Signature Championship course sited 25 minutes away, and Villamoura - which hosts a selection of well-known courses sited 50 minutes away.
The beach is a short drive through the town, approx 10-15 mins.

Excellent!!!

This has been our second time we stayed at this apartment as a family of 4. Very cozy, cconfy and fully equipped. So quiet area close to shoppings, town center and paradise beaches perfect for families. We strongly recommend it!

Real home away from home

Just returned from 9 nights and loved this apartment and tavira. It was spotlessly clean with everything of high quality and relatively new. Really comfy beds and plenty of space for a family of 4. About 15 minute walk into centre or €6.50 taxi .Would highly recommend for a family, much better than trying to all cram into a hotel room often with kids stuck on sofa beds and we would certainly look at staying in this property again.

Lovely apartment

We really enjoyed our stay in Tavira. The apartment was very comfortable, very well equipped and spacious for family of four. Located in quiet residential area but only a short walk away from the town, ample parking, and recycling facilities close by. Would certainly recommend for anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Tavira. Thx.

Appartement très fonctionnel et agréable- Très propre

Le propriétaire est très disponible par mail. Il y a eu un léger problème pour la récupération des clés mais Alfredo a été très rapide et efficace pour régler le problème. La climatisation est agréable et a été très appréciée. L'appartement est bien agencé.

Apartamento tem todas as condições para se passar umas férias tranquilas. Divisões espaçosas e com todos os equipamentos necessários para se cozinhar. O ponto menos positivo é não ter uma varanda, um espaço ao ar livre. Localizado em zona calma, um pouco afastado do centro de Tavira, e das praias, exige ter viatura para as deslocações.

De forma geral a casa tem tudo preparado e é muito agradável. A casa esta toda equipada, sobretudo na cozinha. Encontra-se num bairro calmo mas perto do centro de tavira. A estadia foi 5 estrelas e espero voltar.

Casa com muito boas condições. Limpeza dentro do normal. Materiais dispensados , como lençóis com manchas quer, os primeiros, quer, os segundos aquando da muda semanal. Alguns problemas com os comandos do ar condicionado, só um funcionava, frigorífico sem luz interior, situação a solucionar pelo gestor de propriedade.
