The Property


Estrella de Mar Apartment has been tastefully decorated with a starfish and sea theme. This can be felt once you step inside the apartment which has been equipped with our clients’ comfort in mind. The apartment forms part of Playa Roca apartment complex. What we love about this apartment is its ideal location. One is able to enjoy a quiet holiday whilst being in close proximity to the sea, bars and restaurants and all amenities Costa Teguise has to offer.

This apartment sleeps 4 persons and has a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, and a second twin room. There is also another bathroom with shower as well as a fully equipped kitchen / living room and a spacious terrace where you can work on your tan or enjoy a nice glass of wine while watching the sunset.

The kitchen is equipped with all pots, pans and equipment you will need to create your favourite dishes and has been prepared with an oven, hob, fridge, microwave, filter coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

The apartment also has a washing machine, free wifi, satellite TV channels, flat screen TV.

Clients staying at Estrella de Mar Apartment also have access to the private pool and pool deck which is open for guests only. Just across the road from the apartment there is private access to the promenade and closest beach- we will provide the key for the gate.

If you prefer to go to the beach, just 5 meters away from the apartments is a path that takes you straight to the promenade and seashore.

The Area


Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts in Lanzarote located just 12 minutes away from Lanzarote Airport. It is especially important as it was created by Lanzarote´s well known artist Cesar Manrique. When in Costa teguise one mustn't miss out on visiting the ´Pueblo Marinero´which is a small fishing village with many quaint bars and restaurants. A market is also held there every Friday night from 19:00 hrs.

Costa Teguise is also well known for a variety of sports and leisure activities such as windsurfing, snorkeling, golf, swimming, the waterpark etc. It is also about 20 minutes away from the well known tourist attractions of Jameos del Agua, Cueva de Los Verdes and Jardín de Cactus.
