Welcome to our beautiful and cozy penthouse in Tel Aviv's Kerem HaTeimanim neighborhood!
This fully furnished apartment is located in a brand new building completed in 2023 and is perfect for short-term rentals, whether you're visiting Tel Aviv for business or pleasure.
The apartment features a master bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed and plenty of storage space, a small separate room with a bunk bed, perfect for kids or extra guests, and a spacious living room with two sofa beds that can accommodate up to three additional guests. The living area also includes a flat-screen TV with cable channels.
The dining area includes a table for six, ideal for enjoying meals or working from home.
You'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and all necessary utensils and cookware. High-speed optical Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available throughout the apartment to ensure your comfort.
One of the apartment’s highlights is the huge 60m² balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and the Tel Aviv skyline — a perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset relaxation.
The bathroom features a spacious shower with glass doors, a modern sink with a large mirror, and plenty of towels for your use.
