We had a reservation for the first floor but when we arrived were put on the 2nd floor which required hauling suitcases up 5 flights of steps. As two women in their late 70s, this was both difficult and--most importantly--unexpected. The description on the website needs to make it clear that steps are many and no help is available. Furthermore, the photo on their ad bears NO resemblance to reality. This is false advertising at best

A great experience - best deal in the city

What an experience and what a story. The room was great, the location was beyond amazing but more than anything the service was something that barely exists. We forgot a suit in the lobby while checking out. We found out that the suit was missing at midnight. We called the hotel and even though the guy picked up the call from offsite , he made all the efforts to track the suit and make sure we can pick it up in the morning. THE BEST

The person who corresponded with us is apparently not a real person. The property does not look anything like the picture, instead, the so called hotel looks like a run down apartment building with a narrow and not so clean staircase and no elevator. Our room was on the third floor with old and stained couch, a kitchenette that knew better days, a mold stained and pilling ceiling and a small, not so clean bathroom. The hotel does not offer amenities or parking, so there is no way to park anywhere, since Tel Aviv has a strange and complicated parking system. Overall, I would highly recommend that you find another accommodation.

I like the iwnwr whim was pleasant and helpful, her staff was great with taking care of our needs. However on the website room lokked larger, but it's small great for a couple. Lication is the best central location.

My view was of garbage bins, so sitting on the balcony would be a waste. Also the TV was limited to 2 channels. I came to see the country, not sit around. The place was clean, close to the markets, beaches and the main road of Rothschild Blvd. A corner store within a block. If you want to blend in with the population, this is the place to stay. Staff is pleasant. The WiFi went down for a day, so I walked to Rothschild to connect with the city WiFi. Transit is nice, walking is more fun (use GPS). I recommend the hotel.

The photos bear absolutely no resemblance to the place we stayed in. The pictures make it look like a stylish, airy, high-end apartment, but in reality it was pretty shabby, small and basic. Air conditioning turned off every half an hour or so, which was annoying during the night. Hot water was barely luke-warm, and there weren't any sheets for the sofa bed (I imagine we could have asked for some, but we only realised they were missing late in the evening). Aside from that it had everything we needed, it was clean enough, and the staff were friendly, but I wouldn't have booked this if I'd seen realistic photos.

This property is situated near some of the coolest places in downtown Tel Aviv. Great cafes, bars and restaurants. Shani and her staff are so nice . Price was right place was great! Enjoy one of the greatest cities in the world

The staff were friendly and VERY helpful. The location is in the heart of the city and very close (less than 5 minutes walking) to Carmel Market and the beach. The suite is spacious and well supplied if you want to cook in. The neighborhood is full of wall art and a gay friendly spirit. I loved staying here and would do so again.
