Airy, spacious and modern apartment

The apartment was spacious and lovely. There were 5 of us and plenty of room with views of the beach. The interior was modern and the location was good with local shops and restaurants. There is an open air gym on the beach just across the apartment. It would have been perfect if the bounds and windows in the rooms particularly mine worked to allow for natural air and light in. The heating my room did not work either. Parking as advertised was not so simple and this was a huge let down as our rental car got scratched too. Language barrier was a huge issue when communicating. Customer service was poor luckily the apartment made up for the poor service.

Nice Apartment

Apartment is very nice, a lot of space and rooms very comfortable, great location and nice view. the only negative thing is the customer service, very hard to communicate with people in charge to do the check in, they did not speak English, the reservation has one address and they send you to a different location with out explanation.

Perfect for families

Our 5 grandkids came to visit and it was the perfect place to stay. Everyone had a place to sleep with each room having a chest of drawers or an Aron along with a clothes tree for hanging clothes.kosher restaurants nearby if needed. Great beach access.big living room area with big couches was great. Grocery stores nearby. Easy to locate.not far from Jaffe and tel aviv. Outdoor exercise equipment across the street was great for teenage boys. Bathrooms and changing area near the beach.amazing outdoor park with swings, zip line and really cool climbing area right across the street. The beach was not crowded at all and didn't have the crowds like tel aviv. It met our needs but turned out better than I imagined. Plus, they let us check in early and check out late. They were great.

Great place to stay

My family of 4 adults stayed here for 2 days and it was great, right on the beach, the apartment itself was clean and modern, the staff were very nice and food was around.

Not what we expected

The apartment was very big with more bedrooms than we needed. There was a kitchen which had only 1 tea cup and 1 wine glass so not very easy for a family of 4 to have tea. Check-in was difficult and inconvenient. Parking was advertised and this was a plus for us when we booked, but when we got there, it was not very easy to park. The apartment was nice and warm at night and the beds were comfortable.

The good: The room was across the street from the sea, so great view out of one window. The bad: hot water failed second night; parking is a tiny lot behind the building with a chain across the driveway that you have to undo each time (then put back); noisy; very outdated; difficult to locate - name nowhere on building and entry not marked and obscure; called to figure out where and the man had me on speakerphone and was difficult to understand; elevator is TINY; bicycles in stairwell were in the way; one of the staff acted like I was interrupting her. I would NOT stay here again, and can NOT recommend it.

Déception et fatigue

Décalage entre les photos du site de réservation qui proposait un équipement luxueux et la réalité. Nous devions loger à une adresse devant laquelle notre taxi nous avait déposé avec tous nos bagages pour 6 personnes et on nous a demandé d'aller à 1km plus loin à pieds donc dans un autre établissement ! Avant cela il a fallu attendre plus d'une heure dehors pour qu'un manager viennent nous donner ces informations.
