Location in the old town by a canal, historic building, friendly staff, nice welcome even after reception closing hour
The Superior Studio in the Annex Building is absolutely lovely, spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, hob, utensils, pots & pans, Nespresso machine, really comfy big bed, lovely and warm and in a great central location.

We stayed in the junior suite for 4 nights with our bernese mountaindog. The room was very spacious and nice, and had a small kitchen as well as a huge bathroom. Stairs were narrow and steep, but our 6 years old dog could manage them. Overall a very pleasant stay, really close to the center and the central station.
Fantastic location, the Jr suite was very big and light. Great stay

Very unpleasant check in experience. Incompetent member of staff on reception with little to no knowledge of the hotel and demanded a deposit payment - despite the booking stating only tourist tax would be required at the property. I am a solo female traveller who was travelling on business, checking in late in the evening and really didn’t appreciate the way I was spoken to, the fact I had already paid for the room in full but was refused the room key until I handed over a deposit payment that wasn’t specified on my booking clearly - and to add to this, the lady on reception had no knowledge of how this deposit can be refunded if you did not own a credit card or an EU bank account (I was travelling from UK and only had a virtual company credit card with me.. which they refused to use for the deposit - despite this same card being the one used to pay for the room itself). I was very upset and stressed by the experience until management was available the next day to speak to and resolve the issue.
The room was comfortable enough for a very short stay, but I would not stop here again and urge solo travellers to avoid this hotel. The room has no sound proofing it was incredibly noisy the entire time, banging from the room above, noise from outside the window etc, sounds of water running through pipework from neighbouring bathrooms. The bathroom had an awful smell coming from it, and during breakfast hours the entire hotel and my own room smelt of cooked food e.g. bacon/smoke.
This hotel was close to the train station and the lovely historical core of Delft. It was nice to be along the canal, and to be close to a variety of restaurants and cafes.

The location was fine but the hotel was a little lacking, no kleenx box?
The hotel is lovely and the location great. Our stay was tarnished by our experience with one staff member at reception (N____a) . Apart from that issue, I'd highly recommend the hotel.
Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful hotel. Very clean. Amenities could improve. There was no hand soap provided, toilettries nor bottle of water, etc.
Excellent staff, well placed for a short walk to the city centre. Unfortunately, as it is a short walk from the city centre it is very noisy at night. We were woken each night after 1am. Breakfast is excellent, unless you get a coach party in, like we did, we just couldn't get seated one morning. Did we enjoy it, yes. Would we come back, probably not.
