Ok stay, staff made it nice

Good enough hotel for a short stay. We stayed a week and breakfast got boring. Staff is beyond nice and helpful. But hotel is in real need of maintenance!! A/c froze mid night so got hot, starts dripping big time in morning, tap water never gets cold, shower design terrible, water goes everywhere, bedroom key kept not working, curtains were half of the real, safe didn't open. Location is ok, couple of blocks from train station, metro and several bus stops.

Nice hotel, the room was a bit small for us there was No balcony or place to hang the laundry. The reception service was great, we accidentally booked the room for disability access, and the receptionist changed it to regular room. Descent breakfast, Hard to find parking on the street.

Excellent breakfast! Very clean and the staff is friendly! There's an AC in the room, and they provide a lot of towels. There's a bakery nearby that smells amazing!

The room I stayed in was very noisy. Between the street noise, the fridge and the air conditioner it was difficult to rest and sleep well. The breakfast was poor. The majority of the food was stale and not at all appetising. The hotel is close to the train station which was great for me. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Nice clean room and friendly stafff.left my bag at reception last day and collected that evening.receptionist told me I had left bottle of water in my bad as my bag was wet.i know I didn’t as I had no water left in the room and wouldn’t pack a water bottle in my bag that would be going through airport security.i had bought a white blouse and two new jeans and everything in my bag was completely soaked.I opened the bag in front of her and said please show me the water bottle .Obviously something spilled all over my bag while it was in storage room .if they had admitted it and apologised that would be okay but to say it was my fault was really bad form.

The hotel was very conveniently located near bus station, had clean and comfortable rooms, and staff were very kind. Just sad I had to leave early and not try the breakfast because it looked like an amazing array of options!

Clean, efficient, minimalist hotel. Good beds and showers, quality linens, large windows that can open and with good curtains. This place is great value quiet area at night, but walkable to center and also convenient for buses. There is a bakery one block down that has good spinach pies and coffee.
