Room was bad, had a smell. Went to the bathroom, cockroach as big as my thumb. Staff was rude. He wasn't surprised about the cockroach. Pack up my stuff and went to another hotel.

The heat did work. Literally froze all night. The bed was dirty and the room look like it was cleaned half ass. We got in late so didn’t want to deal with it. So just slept and got out early. When getting ready in the morning. Roaches everywhere. Dirty. And cold

WiFi don’t work, microwave broken, fridge smelled like something died inside, wash rags were beyond dirty, toilet didn’t flush. Tv didn’t work at all, blood on tissue, . I have never in my life experienced something like this. Worse hotel I have ever experienced.

Room was okay but the breakfast was poor. Juice dispenser broken, only 1 over ripe banana for all the guests. Wife says that her milk had a bad taste.The night before we stayed at the Baymont in London Ky…..so much better! The outside needed sweeping. More staff needed.

First room there were no towels and the bathroom light wouldn’t come on. They changed us to another room which was worse than the first. It really needed some new paint and a really good clean. It looked like the ceiling was going to come down. I mentioned it to the clerk and was told it was the only room left on the first floor. He really didnt care one way or another. We will never go here again.
