Gecko House is a charming holiday home located in the heart of Puerto del Carmen. Spacious, bright and very cosy, it offers spectacular sea views from its wide private terrace. Its location just steps away from the Avenue of the Beaches, the impressive Playa Grande and all leisure and entertainment options, makes it the ideal place to enjoy days of sun, beach and fun.



Moreover, it offers reliable fibre optic WiFi with speeds of approximately 100 Mbps, perfect for combining holidays with teleworking.



Interior Spaces

Casa Gecko has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, ideal for up to four guests. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer, magnifying mirror and high-quality toiletries (gel/shampoo dispensers and body lotion).



The kitchen is well-equipped and includes an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the necessary utensils to prepare meals comfortably. The living room has satellite television with English and European channels, as well as a dining area.



The terrace is spacious and furnished, and includes an outdoor shower perfect for refreshing oneself after sun or beach.



Accommodation Rates

The base rate corresponds to two guests. Each additional person (third or fourth guest) has an extra charge per night, reflected in the booking calendar before confirming.



Alarm

The house has an alarm system connected to the local police, which is only activated in case of unauthorized entry and does not compromise the privacy of guests.



Amenities and Welcome

Casa Gecko is delivered fully equipped with bed linen, bath towels, and beach towels. Upon arrival, you will find a welcome kit with shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion dispensers, as well as a package with essential kitchen products such as water, milk, tea, coffee, biscuits, and sugar.



Optional cleaning

For long stays, additional cleaning can be arranged during the stay upon request, with an additional cost. This service includes changing sheets and towels, removing rubbish, replenishing gel, lotion and toilet paper, and a refresh of the accommodation. The cleaning is express and personal belongings are not reorganised or sorted.



Check-in Process

Once the reservation is confirmed, you will be asked to complete the online check-in through our application, which also serves as a digital guide during your stay. From the app, you will receive information about the property, local recommendations, and your personal access code for the electronic lock, as physical keys are not used.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM and check-out must be completed before 11:00 AM. We can manage early arrival or late departure requests subject to availability. We are available 24 hours for any assistance you may need during your stay.



Car Hire

To explore Lanzarote with total freedom, it is recommended to hire a car before arrival. We collaborate with local dealerships that offer rates with taxes included, flexible cancellation, comprehensive insurance, no fuel charges, unlimited mileage and option of second driver included. We can manage the booking if flight details are provided.



Environment

Puerto del Carmen is the main tourist destination in Lanzarote, with over six kilometres of fine sandy beaches and calm waters, ideal for swimming and snorkelling. Along the coast, there is an avenue with shops, cafés, restaurants and all types of tourist services, creating an ideal environment to combine beach, leisure and relaxation.
