Reserved 2 room and prepaid with Hotels.com. After some confusion we were allowed to check in only to be called back to the desk concerning the bill. They argued the room weren’t paid but after showing the App and my bank card statement we were settled. On checkout we weren’t allowed breakfast because it wasnt prepaid. I’m not sure if it was hotels.com or the hotel that caused the confusion. Maybe the breakfast part was my fault but for the money paid, breakfast should have been included. Drinks and beverages here are steep. The roast beef was like eating a beef flavored towel. It was tough. The rest of dinner was okay.

Panama City is an incredibly humid city, as one might imagine. So, moldy conditions aside, why place thick pile carpet in the halls, that are extremely difficult to push or pull luggage on? But secondly, after surviving a deadly tour bus accident three months ago, in South Africa, only because I was wearing a seat belt, imagine my disappointment when I boarded Crowne Plaza’s airport shuttle bus and there weren’t any seatbelts.

The bathroom wasn't clean enough. I asked the housekeeper to please clean it but still have mold stains. Another day the housekeeper cleans my room, and she didn't leave any towels, so I went to the lobby to ask for towels to be able to take a shower. They should offer better service according to the price they charge per room.

Crowne Plaza PTY was a terrific and welcome find - the staff was courteous an ands very helpful, the shuttle was in perfect condition (with a very helpful driver) and the restaurant buffet was delicious. It’s 0.2 mi from the airport with a very reliable shuttle running on the hour. A strong recommendation!
