The hotel service was excellent, except for one thing. We asked for a wake-up call at 4:30 am , did not get one. Good thing we set alarm or would have missed flight. however the restaurant and bar service was wanting….I ordered a club sandwich, from the restaurant. The meat in it was very dried out, l could not eat it but small parts of sandwich. it was leathery, the lettuce was wilted, took over 1/2 hour to be served. At the bar I ordered a chicken empanada. Probably the worst I ever had in panama, there was only a 1/2 inch price of chicken in it, with very thick dough. Could not eat more than one bite., the food alone would make me consider another hotel on our next visit.

No hot water!

The swimming pool was disgustingly dirty with lots of floating scum over cloudy water. There was no hot water available in the room shower any time of day, morning or night, no matter how long the water was on. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
