The rooms are very small and the bathroom is the size of an airplane bathroom. But the deluxe room is much nicer and they had one available for us. The staff was very kind and breakfast was lovely.

The place was really dirty. The room had deposits of dust in the corners. It doesn’t look like they use vacuum. Would not stay there ever again

The room was hot and there was no way to change the temperature as it’s controlled by the building. The room was really small specially the bathroom. It’s about the same size as a cruise bathroom maybe even smaller. The bed is right against the curtain so you’re basically sleeping with a dusty cloth. If the booking mentioned the air conditioning might not work, I wouldn’t have booked this hotel.

Convenient location, and we really enjoyed our room and the view from the 13th floor. The room felt a bit more spacious than other hotels we stayed at in Tokyo in the same price range, which made our stay more comfortable.
